Returns policy
You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery with a 10% handling charge deducted before refund.
The original delivery cost will be deducted from the final refund amount as well due to prices including delivery. £10 for small parcels and £20 for 20Ls.
This right to return does not apply to ‘bespoke products’ such as mixed paint which is made to order.
Free return to store
After contacting us on 01663733633 or sales@paintmaster.co.uk for advice, you can take your faulty item to your nearest store for a refund. Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging or as discussed.
Sending back a return
You can use any courier of your choice to return your order, contact us prior to the return on 01663733633 or sales@paintmaster.co.uk with your order number and details of the product to be returned so we can expect delivery.

Faulty items
If there is an issue with an order, we will do our best to rectify any problems straight away.

Refunds
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
- Refunds to card can take 3-5 working days
- Refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 working days

*Mixed paint colours cannot be refunded or exchanged. All of our 20L & 205L paint products are mixed in the Paintmaster Factories by eye. We endeavour to match the paint colour to the nearest possible match of the shade requested. There may be a very slight shade difference which may be unavoidable.
Our ‘Standard Paintmaster Shades’ are all mixed by eye during manufacture and we try to keep these shades continuous and consistent over time. They can vary and we do not guarantee they match any specific RAL code or BS code. Standard shades purchased years apart can vary slightly and we do not guarantee they will match 100%.
Any shade discrepancies for all sizes of mixed paint, above and beyond what we would deem to be a good match, can be discussed and investigated by calling or emailing us directly.
Please note: Tinted colours are usually non returnable and non refundable, so please ensure that you choose your colours carefully and order your colours accurately due to the fact that paint colours are mixed to order, we are unable to accept returns on goods unless they are damaged. In the unlikely event that you believe there is a problem with colour matching, please send us a painted sample of the colour so that we may verify it with our factory.
