All shipping costs are specific to each customer, postcode and order.
Orders are despatched on a normal economy delivery service which is normally 2-3 working days but can be sent as a next day upon request if ordered before 1pm.
Sometimes there can be inevitable issues with transport such as traffic, accidents, problems at the depo which are unavoidable as we use a 3rd party carrier, so please order paint well within your requires time period to ensure you have the necessary products to start the job.
Where instruction for items to be left upon delivery have been given, Paintmaster or its carrier cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage.

For a refund to be issued, the product needs to be returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery and we will refund subject to a 10% rework fee. The cost of delivery will not be refunded on any order unless previously discussed and agreed with one of our staff.
Colours mixed to a specific code cannot be refunded unless there is an actual issue with the product.
In the unlikely event you receive goods that are damaged, the courier note must be signed DAMAGED for Paintmaster to be able to issue any refund or credit. Should goods be missing from an order Paintmaster should be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Any notification after this period will not be accepted.
