DELIVERY PROCESS

  • You can choose to collect your order from our ‘Whaley Bridge’ store at checkout (please note you cannot collect online orders from our Hazel Grove and Reddish Branches)
  • If you wish to have your order delivered within the UK, choose delivery at checkout and input the address
  • Please ensure the postcode and full address is correct to avoid an extra charge if redelivery is needed

Delivery charges and times calculated by our website are for UK mainland only. Please call for other destinations. 

Our ‘Standard Economy Delivery rate’ included in the price is normally 2-5 business working days. Usually the delivery is much faster but please make sure you leave enough time if contractors or equipment hire are involved.

Although we endeavour to strictly adhere to this delivery estimate, during extremely busy periods it may not be possible to meet these deadlines. This would be classed as a fault with the carrier if not delivered in the time specified. Please call us directly on 01663 7336633 in these situations so we can discuss and resolve.

We use Despatch Bay on most orders as a 3rd party carrier and you should receive tracking information to the email you provided upon ordering. Please use this tracking information provided and contact us straight away if you think there is a delay and we will assist you.

Some orders shipped by Paintmaster require a signature upon delivery. Parcels shipped on this basis cannot be left without signatures unless specifically requested. If you miss the delivery person, a card will be left to give you instructions to either arrange a re-delivery at an extra cost to the customer or to collect it from your local sorting office / delivery depot.

When purchasing a 205L barrel of a product, please be aware that most of these come with sealed lids and bung holes and will be challenging to decant unless you have the capabilities to handle the barrel on site. If you cannot handle this size drum, please contact us prior to purchasing to discuss having the product in smaller 20L tins for a discounted price.

When receiving your order you should inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been tampered with in any way. Signing for the delivery means you have accepted the delivery in the state it has arrived.

Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide a fast response time to orders placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible after placing it by calling our Head Office directly on 01663 733633. We reserve the right to charge courier charges for cancelled orders that have already been shipped.

Extra Charges for Re-delivery: If the courier company is unable to deliver your order and there is no where safe to leave the order, you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
